The INHOPE network of Internet Hotlines today convened a special session to celebrate its 10th Anniversary in the fight against illegal content on the Internet. INHOPE Hotlines provide the general public with a means to report anonymously suspected illegal content online – primarily child sexual abuse images.

Report of the Polish filtering softwares

In August 2009 there was the second edition of the tests of applications filtering undesirable contents on the Internet. Tests were performed on the Polish language filtering solutions – Emilek 2.1., Cenzor, Opiekun Dziecka w Internecie , Motyl, xTerminator, PANDA Internet Security 2009.

According to the Polish Penal Code illegal is to present and distribute pornographic materials with minors under 18 as well as to possess pornographic materials with minors under 15 y.o.

Extreme adult content

According to the Polish Penal Code illegal is to present and distribute zoophila's materials as well as pornographic materials with using violence.

Racism and xenophobia

Illegal is to promote in public fascist and other totalitarian systems or propagating hate based on country or ethnic origin, race and religion as well as to public content insulting a group of people or individuals based on country or ethnic origin etc.
