How to protect children in the virtual world - conference summary
On 18-19 September 2008 in Kyriad Prestige hotel in Warsaw, 2nd International Conference “Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online” was held. The conference was organized by NASK and Nobody’s Children Foundation in partnership with a German Internet safety project, klicksafe.de, as part of the European Commission’s Safer Internet Plus program. The conference was held under the auspices of European Commissioner for Information Society and Media, Viviane Reding. According to the Polish Penal Code illegal is to present and distribute pornographic materials with minors under 18 as well as to possess pornographic materials with minors under 15 y.o.

According to the Polish Penal Code illegal is to present and distribute zoophila's materials as well as pornographic materials with using violence.

Racism and xenophobia

Illegal is to promote in public fascist and other totalitarian systems or propagating hate based on country or ethnic origin, race and religion as well as to public content insulting a group of people or individuals based on country or ethnic origin etc.
